It is reported that the Libyan ambassador in Liberia Tartu than a few days ago the Government announced that Libya will invest 2,500,000 U.S. dollars in Liberia's Bong Gbarnga to establish a rubber processing factory, the production of rubber semi-finished products for local consumption and export.
