The device is capable of producing IIR1751, IIR1751F and IIR0745 three grades of ordinary butyl rubber products, IIR1751 which belong to the inner tube-class products, not middle-saturation, high Mooney viscosity, which is equivalent to Exxon's 268, Bayer's 301 and Russia BK1675N brand of products, mainly used in the manufacture of tire inner tubes, curing capsule products such as tires and water; IIR1751F food, medicine class, not middle-saturation, high Mooney viscosity can be used chewing gum on the basis of medical material as well as the cork production ; IIR0745 is insulation, sealing materials and film-class products, not low saturation, low-Mooney viscosity, mainly for insulation and electrical cables in the first film production.
The first two years of operation, as the technology, equipment, and other reasons, the device is difficult for stable operation, low operating rate, the low rate of qualified products, raw material consumption, power consumption and high costs. In 2000 and 2001, annual production of only 4055 tons and 4190 tons. After nearly two years of technical research, production and installation of the operation has been greatly improved, production has increased year by year. 2002 annual production reached 21,500 tons, with a pass rate of products, 84.7 percent; 2003 to raise annual output to 27,000 tons, the rate of qualified products to reach 95.4 percent.
