China's accession to the union of natural rubber producing countries

Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for about 29 people, said China's government has formally joined the Association of Natural Rubber producing countries, the organization became the ninth member.

According to the person in charge, China is the world's largest natural rubber consumer and the sixth largest producer. With China's accession to the natural rubber producing countries of the Association of Member States of the world production and consumption accounted for 94% and 47%, China will become a member of other more important trade partner of natural rubber.

Natural rubber producing countries, the Federation was founded in October 1970, the establishment of the secretariat in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The aim of the federation is to promote natural rubber production and consumption to promote the enhancement of skills and stability in the market price of natural rubber. At present, there are other members of the Federation of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
