Vietnam plans to join the Government of Indonesia and Malaysia and Thailand of the three countries of the International Rubber Association

Vietnam Agriculture and Rural Development recommended approval of the Government of Vietnam Rubber Association of Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia International Rubber Association. 3 According to the association on behalf of the Government suggested that the future development of the association will become the Rubber Association of South-East Asia.

It is reported that the three countries of the International Rubber Association was established in December 2001, and formed by the three government-funded International Rubber Company (IRCo), the company controls 70% of the world's rubber. Now, the international rubber market decline has affected the income of farmers. The association proposed a series of measures to stabilize rubber prices at a reasonable price to maintain the balance between supply and demand of natural rubber.
