Beginning in 2004, the Vietnamese government authorities under the guidance of Vietnamese rubber exporters of rubber exports would be guided by three principles: to increase the production of rubber production, and export prices, the increase in the number of intergovernmental trade.

Vietnam's biggest rubber export market is China, Vietnam's rubber exports to China accounted for Vietnam's total rubber exports by 40%.
